How It Works

 

We want to make the process as simple as possible.

 

STEP ONE

Let us know you are interested by clicking here to contact us. Let us know your tax situation. If you need tax preparation then please provide us details if you're an employee, retired, self employed, etc. We will respond to you promptly and answer any questions you may have. 

 

STEP TWO

For tax preparation please provide us all relevant tax documents (Form W-2, 1099, Form 1098, contributions, last year's return, etc).

We will request that you complete a client questionnaire. You can either request login credentials to upload your tax documents to our secured portal or e-mail the information to us.

 

STEP THREE

You will receive a fee quote via e-mail to prepare your return. Upon acceptance of the quote, we will prepare your return. We may contact you for more information.

 

STEP FOUR

We will notify you that the return is completed with the final numbers. We will send you Form 8879 (IRS e-file Signature Authorization) and our invoice. You can pay the invoice directly on the invoice via credit card. The credit card information is processed through a third party provider (certified PCI level 1 compliant). If you opt to have the fee deducted from your tax refund, we will send you the necessary form for completion.

 

STEP FIVE

Upon receipt of all necessary signed documents and resolution of payment, we will e-mail the completed tax return to you in a password protected PDF format. We will electronically file the return to the IRS and State.
